About WebNext BD
Who we are, where we work and what makes us different.
5 questions
What does WebNext BD do?
We are an ecommerce marketplace growth agency. One team runs your listings, A+ content, PPC, inventory planning and daily account operations on Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopify, eBay and Etsy, so you have one partner instead of several freelancers.
Where is your team based, and which hours do you cover?
Our 10-person team works from Jashore, Bangladesh. We schedule our day around client time zones, covering US, UK and EU business hours, and reply to messages within one business day.
Which countries do you work with?
We manage marketplaces for brands selling in the USA, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, Japan and the Middle East, including localized listings for each region.
Are you an Amazon partner?
WebNext BD is listed on the Amazon Service Provider Network (SPN) for cataloging. Our founder, Ahsanur Kabir, holds the Helium 10 Freedom Ticket certification, and we are a Top Rated agency on Upwork with 100% Job Success.
What makes you different from other agencies?
Listings, ads and operations sit with one team, so changes in one area are planned with the others. You also see the numbers: a weekly report from the tools we work in and a monthly strategy call.
Services
Services and marketplaces
What we manage, and on which channels.
6 questions
Which marketplaces do you manage?
Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, Shopify, eBay and Etsy. Most clients start with Amazon and add channels once the main account is stable. See all services.
Can you set up a new seller account?
Yes. We help with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center and TikTok Shop registration, then handle onboarding, shipping settings and the first listings once the account is approved.
Do you create product images and A+ content?
Yes. Our creative team writes and designs A+ and Premium A+ content, infographics and image briefs. If you already have a designer, we can brief them instead.
Do you work with FBA, FBM and WFS?
Yes. We plan inbound shipments and stock levels for Fulfillment by Amazon and Walmart Fulfillment Services, and we also manage merchant-fulfilled accounts.
Can you help with listing errors and account health issues?
Yes. We fix suppressed and stranded listings, open and follow up Seller Support cases, and monitor account health every day. Suspension appeals are reviewed case by case before we agree to take them on.
Can I hire you for one marketplace only?
Yes. You can start with one channel or one service, such as PPC or cataloging, and add more later.
Pricing
Pricing and contracts
Fees, ad spend, audits and how billing works.
5 questions
How much do your services cost?
Monthly plans depend on the number of marketplaces and SKUs. Cataloging is priced per product: basic cataloging from £3.74 and detailed, keyword-optimized cataloging from £22.47. See the pricing page for plan details.
Is ad spend included in your fee?
No. Amazon, Walmart, Google, Meta and TikTok bill your ad spend directly. Our fee covers managing it.
What is included in the free audit?
Send us one product. We review its title, images, A+ content, keywords and ads, and reply with a short write-up of what is holding it back. There is no obligation to hire us.
Is there a minimum contract?
[Owner to confirm the minimum contract term and notice period.]
How do I pay?
You can hire us through Upwork, which handles billing and payment protection, or work with us directly. [Owner to confirm direct payment methods.]
Process
Working together
What happens after you get in touch.
5 questions
What happens after I contact you?
We reply within one business day and book a 30-minute call. After the call we audit your account, send a proposal with scope and price, and start onboarding once you approve it.
How soon will I see results?
Fixes such as listing errors and wasted ad spend usually show up in the first few weeks. Rank and total sales take longer and depend on your product, competition and reviews. We set expectations for your account after the audit.
How do you report progress?
You get a weekly report covering sales, ad spend, ACoS or ROAS and the tasks completed, plus a monthly strategy call to plan the next month.
Who will I work with day to day?
An account manager is your main contact and coordinates the PPC, listing, creative and operations specialists working on your account.
How do we communicate?
Email, WhatsApp and scheduled video calls. [Owner to confirm whether Slack or other tools are offered.]
Security
Access and security
How we handle your accounts and data.
4 questions
Do I need to share my Seller Central password?
No. You add us as a user with the permissions we need, and you can remove our access at any time.
Will you change my listings without approval?
No. You review drafts before anything goes live, and we agree with you in advance which routine changes, such as bid adjustments, we can make on our own.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, on request, before you share account details or product plans.
Who owns the content and data?
You do. Listings, images, A+ content, ad campaigns and account data stay with your brand, including after our engagement ends.
