Privacy policy

[Owner and legal review needed before launch. This is a starting draft, not legal advice.]

WebNext BD ("we", "us") runs this website and provides marketplace management services. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email, store URL, revenue range, marketplaces and message, so we can reply and prepare an audit.
• Calls booked through Calendly: the details you enter when booking. Calendly processes these under its own privacy policy.
• WhatsApp and email: the messages and contact details you send us.
• Basic technical data: server logs such as IP address and browser type, kept for security and performance.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, deliver audits and services you request, send project updates, and keep the site secure. We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Seller account access

When you hire us, we work inside your Seller Central, Seller Center or store accounts only through user permissions you grant. You can remove our access at any time. We keep client data confidential and can sign an NDA on request.

Third parties

We use a small number of providers to run the site and our work: our web host, Calendly for bookings, WhatsApp for messaging and Google Fonts for type. Each processes data under its own terms.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies needed for it to work and for embedded tools such as Calendly. [Update this section if analytics or ad pixels are added.]

How long we keep data

Enquiries are kept for up to [24 months]. Client project data is kept for the length of the engagement plus [12 months], unless the law requires longer.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email info@webnextbd.com and we will reply within 30 days.
