Content on this site is for general information. Results in our case studies are real client outcomes, but every account is different and we cannot promise specific results.

Free audits

Free audits are offered without obligation. We may decline an audit request, for example if the product or account is outside the marketplaces we work on.

Fees and ad spend

Service fees are set out in your proposal. Advertising spend on Amazon, Walmart, Google, Meta, TikTok and other platforms is billed by those platforms directly and is not included in our fees.

Account access and platform rules

We work within each marketplace’s policies and through permissions you grant. You remain the owner of your seller accounts, listings, brand assets and data.

Intellectual property

The design, text and graphics of this website belong to WebNext BD unless stated otherwise. Client names and logos are shown with permission.

Liability

We are not liable for losses caused by marketplace policy changes, account suspensions outside our control, or third-party platform outages. [Owner to confirm liability limits with a lawyer.]
